industry first, ProNIC™ Solutions is proud to
offer tiered levels of support with our external cPanel
licenses. We understand that many cPanel license holders
do not require support and can benefit from reduced
monthly cPanel costs. We also realize that not everyone
is comfortable with cPanel and at times may require
assistance from a team of professional system administrators.
As such we have created two tiers of support for your
convenience. Our first package includes no support;
this is suitable for users who operate many servers
and who are relatively to extremely familiar with cPanel.
Our second tier of support includes basic support &
troubleshooting for your cPanel licensed server; this
tier is designed for users who are not familiar with
cPanel or for users who would like a hand every now
and then from a dependable and trustworthy company.
Support is offered by our level 2 technicians from 10:00
AM until 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.
